The Co-op's daily operation is run by an amazing, supremely dedicated staff of professionals and volunteers. Everyone on our team is focused on nourishing our community and creating a safe and comfortable environment for members, customers and friends.
Liz Baker McClain, General Manager
Liz joins the Co-op as our Interim General Manager. After 20 years as a professional fundraiser, she has come home to her roots as a retail store manager. Liz brings to the store a background in natural food and supplement sales as well as store layout and design.
Liz holds a BFA from Emerson College in Boston, MA.
Liz moved to the Lakes region just about 5 years ago with her husband Christopher and son Archer. When not in the store, Liz can be found in her kitchen cooking up seasonal organic recipes and playing with her sato/pug mix rescue dog.
Michelle Davis - Team Member
Michelle is no stranger to the Lakes Region. She is originally from Hollis, NH and after 20 years away from the area (unless you count summer visits), she has returned to make Tuftenboro her home.
Michelle holds a BA from Boston University in Business and Economics and worked in the field of finance for many years.
Organic foods and supporting local farmers has become Michelle's passion. She understands the impact that food can have on a person's health and well being and is excited to be a member of the Co-op's in store team.
When not at the store, Michelle can be found gardening, meditating or walking her dog Winnie in the woods.
Mary Hashem - Team Member
Mary was lured to the Co-op by the wonderful Sunnyfield Olive Bread which she says makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches.
Mary brings extensive retail experience to the store.
