If you are looking for something not listed here, please call and check with us as we are getting new products regularly. We love to hear from our customers - we are a COMMUNITY Co-op!

Freshly baked breads delivered weekly

Breads generally delivered on Wednesday:
Distillers, Country Sourdough, Olive, Grain & Seed, Cinnamon Raisin, Cracked Wheat, Spelt

General Grocery

Whether you need pasta, baking supplies, snack, cereal, personal care items or cleaning supplies. We have a generous supply of the most healthy choices in each category.

Grocery, personal care and cleaning items are stocked regularly.

Bulk Items

The Co-op offers the largest variety of bulk items in the area. Bulk is the most environmentally friendly way to buy herbs, spices, grains, dried fruits, nuts and more.

Bulk products inventory is steadily maintained.

Supplements

Let the Co-op being your one stop shop for all of your natural supplement and homeopathic needs. We stock the stapes and can special order nearly anything that you might need.

Use the Special Order Form to let us know what supplements you need and we will respond within 48 hours with a quote and delivery date.

If you are looking for Gluten Free baked goods we have many choices in stock and can special order anything you need from Beth.

Abigail's Bakery

Abigail's Bakery offers a variety of New England organic breads that are sure to please.

We carry a limited stock of Abigail's wonderful breads in our freezer but are happy to special order for you using our Special Order Form

Fresh Produce

Our produce comes from local farmers whenever possible. We get regular deliveries from Farmer Bell, Mountain Heartbeet and Black River Produce.

Produce is delivered Tuesday through Saturday. If there is something special you need, fill out a special request form by Tuesday at 4pm and we will do our best to source it for you.
